Our residential and commercial site design teams work closely with municipalities, brokers, developers, and their partners to create unique single and multi-unit housing neighborhoods, master-planned communities, and subdivisions in urban, suburban, and rural areas. Additionally, we work closely with developers, owners, and tenants to design solutions for office and mixed-use developments. Our team is there every step of the way, from land acquisition, planning, permitting, and zoning to design and construction administration.

Support Services

Permitting: Our professionals have successfully worked and complied with a variety of regulatory and governing agencies at the local, regional, state, and federal levels and are able to assist clients with expedited review and approval processes for projects throughout the region.

Construction Phase Services: As a complement to our design team, we offer a construction management division within our office areas to assist with pre-construction meetings, contract administration, on-site construction observation, and close-out services.
